The UK Customer Experience Awards are the first of their kind in the UK and winning one of these prestigious Awards can bring great benefits for you and your organization.

The Customer Experience Awards recognize and celebrate the delivery of an outstanding customer experience by those companies and organizations who are leaders in their field.

Following a unique format, the finalists’ presentations, and the announcement of the Award winners, are achieved on the same day, with the presentations taking place in the morning, and the winners announced at a sumptuous gala lunch in the early afternoon.

The CIM Marketing Excellence Awards 2011 were held on the 23rd February 2012 and the winners were announced at the glittering ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel.
