It is with great pleasure that we can announce the shortlist of finalists for the Customer Service Training Awards 2010.
In this, the first year of the awards, some changes have been made to the categories. These reflect the high quality of the entries and the level of interest.
The winners will be decided on September 27th 2010 at the Sofitel Hotel
